Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and making a real impact in a regulated environment? We’re looking for a Quality Technician to join our Quality team, supporting complaint investigations, vigilance activities, and continuous improvement across processes.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
🔧 What you’ll be doing
* Managing complaint sample intake, documentation, and investigations
* Supporting risk evaluation, vigilance decisions, and complaint closures
* Maintaining Q-Pulse records (complaints, CAPAs, NCs)
* Executing regulatory vigilance activities in line with ISO, FDA & MDR requirements
* Using electronic and mechanical test equipment to support investigations
* Supporting PMS activities, KPI reporting, and PSUR preparation
* Ensuring full compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA, MDD/MDR
* Having the authority to stop production where quality issues are identified
✅ What we’re looking for
Essential:
* 1–2 years’ experience in a regulated industry
* Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
* Collaborative, improvement-focused, and results driven
* Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, MDD/MDR
* Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
* A proactive, data-driven mindset with a willingness to learn
