CRM Business Analyst
Robert Half are working with a London based organisation that is currently reviewing and evolving their CRM landscape. They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with significant and varied CRM experience to support a short term engagement focused on discovery, assessment, and CRM selection.
This role will suit a hands on Business Analyst who has been through multiple CRM discovery/selection exercises and is comfortable operating at pace in a change driven environment.

Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end CRM discovery activities, engaging stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, pain points, and future needs
* Drive and support CRM selection processes, including requirements definition, options analysis, vendor evaluation, and recommendations
* Bring practical experience from working across multiple CRM platforms, offering informed insight into suitability and trade‑offs
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walk through sessions with business and technical stakeholders
* Produce high‑quality documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and selection criteria
* Act as a bridge between business users, technology teams, and external vendors
* Support decision making around CRM strategy, tooling, and next steps
Required Experience
* Strong background as a Business Analyst with deep CRM experience
* Proven track record of having led an end-to-end CRM project in an SME environment
* Clear understanding of CRM capabilities across sales, service, marketing, and customer data
* Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
