Salary:£23.00 Per Hour
Hours:44 Hours Per Week (22 Supernumerary and 22 on the Floor)

* Leading shifts and supporting clinical excellence across the home
* Working with the Home Manager on compliance, audits, and care standards
* Supporting and mentoring staff, ensuring professional development
* Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners
* Driving a positive and inclusive care culture every day
What We’re Looking For:
