Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (fully onsite)
Rate of Pay: £14.19 per hour (paid weekly)
About the Role:
Brook Street is proud to be working with the Ministry of Defence to recruit an Information Systems Administrator for Queen Victoria School in Dunblane. This is an exciting opportunity to join a structured educational environment, supporting IT systems, hardware, and digital communication.
The successful candidate will work alongside the IT Systems Engineer, providing first-line technical support, maintaining hardware and software records, and ensuring that digital systems are running efficiently across the school site.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the IT Asset Register and track all IT equipment, including Chromebooks.
Assist the IT Systems Engineer with technical support, including troubleshooting and issue logging.
Set up and maintain audio-visual equipment.
Act as a point of contact for staff IT queries and disseminate relevant information.
Coordinate Chromebook maintenance and repairs.
Upload and manage content across SharePoint, Google Workspace, and the school website.
Serve as Secretary to the QVS ICT Committee.
Carry out asset management tasks, particularly during quieter periods such as school holidays.
