This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, sales-focused individual to take over an existing desk, develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships within a fast-paced environment.
The role involves managing the full recruitment process, from business development and client meetings through to candidate sourcing, placement and ongoing account management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and growing relationships with new and existing clients
* Conducting proactive business development activity
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
* Attending client meetings and identifying recruitment opportunities
* Delivering a high standard of service to clients and candidates
* Ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment processes and procedures
