Overview:
I am supporting a growing, reputable IFA (Independent Financial Adviser) practice in Preston with an excellent opportunity for either an Accomplished Paraplanner or a Trainee Paraplanner looking to climb the ranks.

Key Skills and Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working within the Financial Planning/Wealth management industry as a paraplanner.
* Strong working knowledge of financial services products, including Pensions, Investments, ISAs, and Protection policies.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines and manage your own workload effectively.
* A team player, with a willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
* Previous experience in writing suitability reports is essential.
* If not already qualified to Diploma level, you will need to be part-qualified or motivated to progress further.
* Experience using Intelligent Office and Selectapension is advantageous.
Job Duties:
* Produce professional suitability reports tailored to individual clients.
* Prepare file documentation for meetings and assist with existing business administration.
* Conduct specific product, provider, and fund research.
* Assist administrators during busy periods, ensuring smooth team coordination.
* Handle other administrative duties, including:
o Submit new business applications.
o Liaise with providers and clients.
o Chase outstanding pipeline cases.
o Follow up on outstanding fees.
