About the Role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Butlin’s Restaurants Department in Minehead!
In this exciting position, you’ll report directly to the Kitchen Manager and play a vital role in running our kitchen while leading a dynamic team of up to 15 passionate individuals. At Butlin’s, making our guests smile is at the heart of everything we do, and you’ll ensure that they remain the central focus of all operational decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build the best team for delivering exceptional service.
* Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
* Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to high standards.
* Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
As a role model for Butlin’s unique way of working, you’ll inspire your team through training schedules and performance development plans, helping them deliver a fantastic experience to our guests every time.
