RG Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with an excellent engineering company based in Burscough who are looking to add a Accounts and Payroll Administrator to their friendly team.
Working across both the accounts and the payroll department this role will perform key tasks to help the teams and would be key support for the more senior team members.
Duties would include (but not be limited to):
Payroll support including:
* Setting up new employees on the payroll system
* Making necessary changes to employee info (eg tax code changes)
* Assist with the processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
* Pension scheme administration
* General payroll administration
Accounts support including :
* Producing and checking supplier statements
* Processing invoices
* Dealing with telephone enquiries
* Adhoc finance tasks as required
