Role: ERP Integration Project Manager (NetSuite) Location: Remote with occasional travel to UK & global offices (fully expensed) Duration: 12 FTC (Fixed-term contract) Salary: £70k-£80k Ideally immediately available About the Role: We're partnering with a leading SaaS businessed to find a strong ERP Integration Project Manager. This hands-on role will focus on driving the implementation and integration of NetSuite ERP across multiple acquisitions as part of the businesses aggressive buy-and-build growth strategy following their recent Private Equity takeover. You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of ERP integration projects, with a primary focus on a significant recent acquisition that has nearly doubled the business in size. Expect to work closely with senior stakeholders including the CFO and manage consultants and project teams. Flexibility to travel to locations such as Stockholm and Southampton is required. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery and integration of new acquisitions into the NetSuite ERP environment Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies Manage and coordinate stakeholders across business functions, keeping everyone informed and aligned Oversee consultants and ensure project milestones and budgets are met Facilitate training and support for end users to ensure successful adoption Maintain high standards of quality assurance and resolve issues promptly Provide regular project status reporting to senior management Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing large ERP integration projects, ideally with NetSuite (ERP integration experience is a must) Project Management experience in post acquisition integrations is a must Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders including CFO-level executives Experience working in SaaS/Technology industry or Private Equity backed organisations is preferred Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience working with highly acquisitive organisations or multiple simultaneous integrations an advantage Willingness and ability to travel to UK and international offices as required Ideally immediately available Benefits: Competitive salary package 25 days annual leave plus your birthday off, with the option to buy additional holiday Private medical insurance Life assurance (4x salary) Enhanced pension scheme with company contributions up to 8.5% Flexible benefits to support your wellbeing, lifestyle, and personal development If you're a strong ERP Project Manager ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role driving NetSuite integrations within a fast-growing business, we want to hear from you.
