Design & Estimating Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Design & Estimating Manager to lead our in-house team of estimators and system designers within the business. This role combines technical oversight, team leadership, and process management to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs, tenders, and project support across all stages of the estimating and design lifecycle.
The Design & Estimating Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management, mentoring and developing the team, overseeing ongoing and new design activities, and ensuring consistent, compliant, and commercially viable solutions are produced.
