As an IT Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for working with staff and students for any IT related issues, hardware set-ups, software issues, group policy and so much more to enhance your skills to reach your true potential! In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Support the business with all aspects of the T Service via a Helpdesk - In-Person, telephone & email Install and maintain computer hardware Work on planned upgrades and improvements to the provision Working on group policy Work on a wide range of software issues Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
