The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the company vision and objectives. Ensure consistent and accurate information is available to all customers both online and offline. The role will also include management of one off project based activities include exhibition set up, creating one off pitches for high value clients, and ensuring all company data is accurate and kept up to date. As a member of the Printaply team you will be expected to fulfil an active role supporting your line managers and other Senior Managers achieving targets. You will work closely with fellow team members reporting regularly through reports & meetings when required, detailing agreed targets and kpi’s, potential and current results. Responsibilities: Manage and update the product catalogue and website content. Lead proactive digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, advertising, and social media. Align promotional activities with the current sales plan to drive engagement and sales. Provide sales support to the Sales Director and senior management team. Conduct market research and develop effective sales tools for the team. Promote continuous improvement and uphold core values across all activities. Ensure timely delivery of projects by prioritising workloads based on business needs. Maintain a professional image and continually enhance product knowledge for career progression. Skills: Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills across all levels. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a confident, customer-facing approach. Highly organised with excellent time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a high standard of written and verbal English. Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and professionalism. Entry Requirements: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
