Residential Property Manager – Company:
Our client is a leading property services group operating in London. They offer a comprehensive range of property services, including block management, commercial / residential (build to rent) and financial services. Managing a vast portfolio of residential and commercial units across most of London, they are committed to delivering exceptional service with integrity.
Residential Property Manager – Responsibilities:
* Management of a portfolio of properties relating to one or two areas
* Work with the relevant branch to prepare properties for a new tenancies
* Supervise maintenance requests
* Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
* Visit properties twice a year
* Oversee refurbishment and large works
* Oversee the deposit return/negotiation process
* Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors
Residential Property Manager – Person Profile:
* Residential lettings (AST) property management experience
* Running own or assisting a portfolio of AST flats and houses
* Experience in dispute resolution and problem solving
* Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management experience
* ARLA qualifications desired, but not essential, supported by company
Residential Property Manager – Package:
* Location: Based in South West London with occasional travel to portfolio.
