We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while completing a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification.
What you'll do:
* Source and screen candidates for transport, warehouse, and office roles
* Manage job adverts and applications across multiple platforms
* Conduct initial pre-screens
* Keep our recruitment systems and candidate records up to date
* Support interview scheduling and onboarding compliance
* Work closely with the Recruitment Specialist to ensure a smooth hiring process

* Strong organisation and attention to detail
