This is a true care home environment —focused on dignity, routine, and creating a place where residents feel safe, comfortable and valued every day. You’ll be working in a small household of 10 residents, giving you the time to build relationships and provide care that feels personal—not rushed. What your day might look like Supporting residents with personal care in a dignified and respectful way Administering medication safely Spending time with residents—talking, listening, noticing changes Helping create a calm, homely environment Leading and supporting care staff on shift Supporting with rota planning to keep things running smoothly You’ll also have the support of other senior staff across the home—you’re not expected to manage things alone. What matters most We’re looking for someone who: Is genuinely caring and patient Is confident taking the lead when needed Understands the importance of dignity in care Can support residents living with dementia Qualifications You’ll need one of the following (or be willing to work towards it with our support): Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (NVQ/QCF/Diploma) Registered Mental Health Nurse All Wales Induction Framework (or willingness to complete) We’ll support you to continue your development, including completing your Level 3 and maintaining Social Care Wales registration.
