Racks Bar & Kitchen are looking for a confident, skilled and fun Chef de Partie to join our team on a full time basis. Located on St Paul's Road in Clifton (BS8), Racks has a reputation for a friendly, fun atmosphere, and fantastic seasonal food (always from fresh, locally sourced ingredients)! Key information for the Racks Chef de Partie role: Hours: Full time - 45 hours per week on a rota basis Pay: £31,875 package, comprising a basic salary of £29,000 per annum plus approx. £2875 per annum in service charge (paid monthly) A typical week: As Chef de Partie at Racks Bar & Kitchen you will be part of a close team who work hard to get the job done but have fun at the same time! You will be helping to supervise more junior chefs and will also get to contribute ideas to menus. Ideally, you’ll have some experience within a similar busy kitchen but this is not a requirement - it's more important that you have great skills, a passion for food and the right attitude!
