THE BUSINESS
Westray Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a long-lasting client for over 20 years who are seeking a confident sales coordinator to start as soon as possible. You will be working for a company who are based in Prudhoe They are a continually growing company who care a lot about their employees.
THE ROLE
9. Review project requirements and specifications and identify potential customers/suppliers (existing or new).
10. Negotiate best Price, Delivery, Terms and Conditions and best payment terms possible.
11. Providing quotations within the ERP system, directly to customers/end clients/agents with all aspects of Sales operations.
12. Negotiating potential orders with end clients.
13. Place orders with suppliers in a timely manner to be delivered to required deadlines.
14. Research and compare suppliers based on price, quality, best fit and delivery -produce RFQ's.
15. Track and expedite orders as needed to ensure the smooth running of projects.
16. Processing of imports and exports.
17. Resolve issues with supplier and/or orders.
18. Ensure the correct usage of ERP/MRP to capture accurate data for reporting and forecasting purposes.
