The Store Manager role is pivotal, overseeing store sales, profitability, customer service, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Recruitment, induction, and training of staff in line with Subway standards, leading by example.
* Creating and managing staff schedules.
* Checking deliveries, matching orders, and handling daily banking.
* Preparing stock and sales paperwork, employee pay, and timesheets.
* Managing cash balances and reducing wastage.
* Ensuring 100% compliance with Subway and local regulations.
* Conducting inventory management and stock control, including weekly stock takes and reporting.
* Analyzing weekly sales and inventory reports to drive business improvements.
* Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
* Implementing in-store marketing materials and point-of-purchase displays.
* Following safety procedures to prevent injuries.
* Providing a safe environment for staff and customers.
* Promoting high levels of customer service among staff.
* Handling escalated customer complaints effectively.
* Delivering excellent service in product handling, sales, and catering to customer needs.
