Role
As a Workshop Technician, you will be in a supervisory role within the Workshop, leading the team in the delivery of bespoke work for a multitude of different internal and external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* The safe operation of the Workshop
* Support the team with your knowledge and help grow the team's skills through mentoring and practical demonstrations
* Assisting the appropriate person with the preparation of estimates for work to be conducted
* Highlight any improvements and investments to Functional Manager that would improve effectiveness and efficiency
Essential Experience
* Demonstrable experience with manual milling, turning and machining
Essential Qualifications

This role is 37 hours per week based at our Farnborough site.
