About the Role:
We’re looking for aSenior Paid Media Managerto take ownership of ourpaid advertising strategyacrossMeta, X, TikTok, Google, and other digital channels. You’ll be managing multipleclient ad accounts, optimising campaign performance, and leading a smallsocial media teamto ensure top-tier results.
This is asenior-level rolewithin our agency, ideal for someone who thrives instrategy, campaign execution, and leadershipwhile having a keen eye forspotting trends and driving ROI. You'll also play a key role intraining junior team members, liaising with clients, and collaborating with our design teamto produce high-impact creatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimisepaid advertising campaigns acrossMeta, X, TikTok, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
* Oversee and mentora small team of social media specialists.
* Collaboratewith the design team to ensure ad creatives are engaging, effective, and aligned with client goals.
* Manage budgets, bid strategies, and audience targetingto maximise campaign ROI.
* Spot emerging trendsin the paid media landscape and implement new strategies accordingly.
* Generate reports and insightsto measure performance and guide future strategies.
* Upsell and expand client accounts, identifying new opportunities based on campaign performance.
* Handle escalations and client communications, ensuring a high level of service and transparency.
* Work alongside the leadership teamto refine agency-wide digital marketing strategies.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Agency experience is a must– at least 3+ years in a digital marketing or paid media agency environment.
• Strong hands-on experiencein running and optimising campaigns onMeta, X, TikTok, and Google Ads.
•Proven ability to manage budgets, analyse data, and improve campaign performance.
• Experience leading and mentoringjunior team members.
• Strong communication and client management skills- comfortable presenting results and discussing strategy.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisation- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,500.00 per year
