We're looking for an SME Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of small-to-medium business customers, ensuring every account is managed profitably and with a strong sales focus. You'll be the primary link between your customers and Evri, developing trusted relationships, increasing volumes, and maximising cross-sales of services like Next Day, International, and emerging product offerings. This role is about more than just account maintenance - you'll be actively hunting for growth, winning share from competitors, and ensuring every customer trades to (or above) their agreed volume profile. If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into commercial wins, this role offers the chance to directly impact the growth of Evri's SME business.
