Power BI Developer We’re looking for a Power BI Developer/Data Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across Howden UK&I Retail. You’ll work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, build effective dashboards, and ensure data quality and consistency. What You’ll Do Gather and translate business requirements into reporting specifications. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports. Provide clear, actionable insights and support ad‑hoc analysis. Validate data, investigate issues, and contribute to governance and documentation. Work with BI Engineers and Analysts to improve data models and reporting processes. Promote good data practices and help raise data literacy across the business. What You’ll Bring Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex data. Insurance industry or Financial Services Experience Hands‑on Power BI experience including DAX and data modelling. Understanding of data structures and relational databases. Confident communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple requests in a structured way. Desirable: SQL, Azure/Databricks knowledge, experience with insurance or financial/operational reporting, or working in a complex BI environment. How You Work Curious, proactive, and collaborative.
