We are partnering with a forward-thinking client seeking a talented CAD/CAM/CAE Designer to join their innovative team. This role offers the chance to work on complex engineering designs, specialising in digital modelling, simulation, and process optimisation within manufacturing sectors such as die casting, injection moulding, and stamping.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in GD&T, FMEA, and experience with CAD packages like CATIA or equivalent software. Expertise in calculating bolted joints, adhesive forces, and applying quality methodologies such as 8D, DFMEA, and Six Sigma is essential.
In this specialist role, you'll manage large projects, contribute to design verification, collaborate with manufacturing teams, and ensure designs meet stringent quality standards. Proactivity, a logical approach to problem solving, and excellent communication skills will support success in this engaging position.
