Join a growing financial planning firm as a Paraplanner supporting Financial Planners with suitability reports, compliance, and client service. This role offers career progression into Financial Planning or involvement with investment research for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft suitability reports & annual review letters
* Ensure files are compliant and up to date
* Conduct product and withdrawal research
* Liaise with Financial Planners & Client Services
* Support internal investment and research processes
* Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date
What You’ll Need:
* Working towards or achieved Level 4 Diploma (CII preferred)
* Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Confident communicator with great attention to detail
* Organised and eager to develop professionally
