Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day‑to‑day upkeep of our office, ensuring a safe, organised, and well‑maintained environment
* Handle reception duties and act as first point of contact for visitors and contractors
* Induct and supervise facilities contractors, ensuring quality and timely completion of work
* Manage supplier contracts and support contract tenders
* Oversee purchase orders, invoices, and the facilities email inbox
* Support the H&S Manager with risk assessments, inspections, and policy reviews
* Take responsibility for fire alarm testing, office moves, and general maintenance
* Conduct H&S inductions for new employees and contractors
* Arrange training courses and assist in rolling out safety training programs
* Contribute to the continual improvement of Monster's Health & Safety Management System
* Carry out regular site checks, hazard spotting, and building maintenance reviews
About You
* A proactive, hands‑on team player with a positive “can‑do” attitude
* Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Basic DIY and maintenance skills
* Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Holds a full, clean driving licence (essential)
* Previous facilities experience desirable
* Basic Health & Safety awareness
