Account Executive role – 50 % Customer Account Management to retain and grow 50 % new business acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales conversations
- Analyze logistics processes
- Perform potential customer analyses to create prospect lists
- Develop detailed strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets in the assigned territory
- Independently plan and organize activities; weekly report to sales management on customer visits and planned activities
- Coordinate customer visits with efficient scheduling across the entire sales territory (time/territory management)
- Submit offers in line with internal discount guidelines; bind price quotations based on pre‑prepared net price lists; ensure quick customer decisions
- Follow up and promptly process sales leads from couriers, customer service staff, and marketing
- Contribute to implementation of upcoming marketing programs and new product launches
- Support customers and sales management in resolving problem cases
- Monitor market and competitor developments through personal customer and prospect contacts
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in B2B sales
- High motivation, customer orientation, and commercial understanding
- Proven track record as a sales professional with knowledge of the business environment and demonstrable success in managing multiple customer accounts to full satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English; valid driver’s license
