Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires effective leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Manage team performance, providing guidance and support to staff members in their roles.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service delivery.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and best practices.
* Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and kitchen equipment, placing orders as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
* Previous experience in hotel or barista settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
