About DGL Practice Manager: DGL is a prominent provider of primary healthcare software solutions in the UK, known for quality, flexibility, and user-friendliness, built on listening to customer feedback.
Role Overview: We seek a Customer Support Agent to join our busy support team. The ideal candidate will be courteous, efficient, and eager to advance their career in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the DGL Practice Manager software for private practices in the UK and Ireland via phone or remote access.
2. Identifying, resolving, logging, and following up on client queries at all support levels.
3. Collaborating with team members to resolve issues.
4. Testing new software versions and liaising with the development team to report issues.
5. Maintaining high communication standards regarding client queries, issues, and complaints.
6. Ensuring timely resolution or escalation of customer issues.
7. Coordinating with third-party support teams.
8. Working in shifts from 8 am to 8 pm, including Saturday on-call rotations with overtime opportunities, approximately one weekend in seven.
