About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Learner Admissions & IAG Advisor to provide an outstanding front‑line service to prospective and existing learners across our Further Education provision.
Whilst this is a full‑time position (37 hours per week), we may be able to offer part‑time working hours, working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
This role is predominantly telephony‑based, with approximately 70% of your time spent on phone and CRM/dialler systems, supporting learners with enquiries, applications, interviews and enrolments.
The remaining 30% of the role is face‑to‑face, delivering Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) through interviews, events, and enrolment activities.
You will support learners aged 16‑19 and adults, using a range of communication methods including telephone, Microsoft Teams, CRM systems and in‑person appointments, ensuring a professional, accurate and learner‑focused experience at every stage of their journey.
Working Pattern
The role includes regular telephone‑based work as a core responsibility.
Face‑to‑face learner interviews and enrolments form a key part of the role.
Interviews for 16‑18 learners are often held between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, so you will be expected to work these hours on occasion. Some evening work will also be required for Open Evenings and events.
