Whisper is a leading global production company, specialising in sports, unscripted and branded entertainment.

We are looking for an experienced Creative to join our in-house Development team in Kew.


The ideal candidate will be expected to play a key part in writing, building and designing visually compelling pitch decks across our Sports Broadcasting, Branded Content, Documentary, and Entertainment divisions.


Must have experience working in a team to respond to briefs, be comfortable around RFP/ITT processes, and be able to offer creative and editorial insights throughout the process.


This is a full-time, fixed-term position to cover a secondment for seven months, with the possibility of an extension.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and assist in pitch document creation in Sport, Documentaries, Entertainment and Branded Content.
* Manage the development of a project by conducting research, setting meetings, drafting project plans and presenting development outlines to team members.
* Collate research materials from team members across the company and work with the business development team to create well-researched, high-quality pitch decks.
* Write compelling copy that sells Whisper’s credentials and addresses an RFP/ITT in detail.
* Address and resolve issues that may arise during the project development process.
* Contribute creative and editorial ideas across Sport, Docs, Ents, Branded Content, including picture research.
* Communicate with senior staff to collate relevant expertise and direction needed for the pitch deck.


Please note that responsibilities may be amended, added to, or removed to reflect the changing needs of the production or organisation.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

* Proven ability to translate creative ideas into structured pitch documents and written treatments.
* Strong design skills. Experience in Keynote is ideal. Photoshop knowledge is desirable.
* Strong team ethic and the ability to prioritise workloads with ease, working in a pressurised team environment. This role will involve supporting the wider Whisper Group and working with content and management leads across all departments.
* Commercially minded, with an understanding of brand objectives.
* Strong communication, collaboration, organisation and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to do research and collate archive materials, including stills and content for the pitch films and decks.
* Strong writing skills with a good eye for spelling and grammar.
* Ability to work at speed and across multiple projects at once.
* Experience working with brands or agencies to shape strategic, creative pitches and/or in TV, developing original content across short and long-form formats.
* Confident in presenting ideas and responding to briefs under pressure.
* Capability in handling varied workloads, prioritising and delivering to deadlines whilst reacting positively to changes and conflicts.


Location:

The base for this position is Kew, London.


Working Days:

5-day week, x4 days in office and x1 day WFH

You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirements.

Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five-day work week.

Whisper offers the option of flexitime hours, subject to production requirements.


Start:

January 2026 for 7 months, with the possibility of an extension
