Responsibilities
* Accept deliveries, unpack goods, and prepare crates to ensure the shop floor is fully stocked
* Use in-store systems and tools to track deliveries, manage stock, and ensure products are where they need to be
* Work with colleagues across the store to maintain smooth operations and an inclusive environment
* Be flexible and able to adapt to changing store needs and tasks
* Follow safe and legal working practices
Key Accountabilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Maintain ‘best in town’ standards for presentation, stock availability, and store cleanliness
* Utilise digital tools and communication channels to perform duties
* Share customer and colleague feedback to enable improvements
* Support others by sharing knowledge and building skills
* Own learning and development; access digital learning solutions
* Understand daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Maintain strong product knowledge to recommend products and services
* Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and make recommendations
* Understand store priorities and your role in achieving them
* Complete tasks with pace in line with SOPs
* Minimise cost and waste through effective process practices
