Personal Assistant (Support Worker) – Enable, an award-winning social care charity.
Weekly hours: 14 hours. Shift pattern: 10:00 – 17:30.
Hourly rate: £13.45.
Responsibilities
* Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and outcomes.
* Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
* Expand social networks and connections for clients.
* Work collaboratively with a bespoke team to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met.
* Provide practical support for clients such as Zara – shopping, outings, leisure activities, companionship.

* No prior care experience required; values, empathy and transferable skills are valued.
