Job Description
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking HGV 2 Drivers to join our team of drivers for a busy customer delivery operation based in Yate on a temporary to permanent basis. This role involves the safe and timely delivery of goods while providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Driving a company HGV 2 vehicle to deliver goods to customersWorking as part of a 2 man crewLoading and unloading deliveriesCarrying out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving heavy itemsEnsuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and on timeMaintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any issuesCompleting delivery paperwork and records accuratelyRequirements:Full UK HGV 2 driving licence (no more than 6 points)In date CPC & TACHO CardsAbility to carry out manual handling tasks safelyGood time management and organisational skillsStrong work ethic and reliabilityWhat We Offer:Competitive rate of £17.00 per hourRegular working hours Monday to FridaySupportive team environmentOpportunities for overtimeTemp to perm opportunity paying £18 per hour once permanentHow to Apply:Please apply with your CV or contact our Hemel Hempstead branch and ask for Debbie for more information.M4 Recruitment are an employment business and operate as an equal opportunities employer.
