Marketing Manager (FTC → Permanent) | Up to £60-65,000 | London (4 days in office)
I am working with a fast-growing, tech-led organisation operating at the intersection of digital services, education, and AI capability, looking to hire a Marketing Manager on an initial 12-month FTC - with a clear pathway to a permanent role for the right person.
The Role
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll work closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver the full marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, and lead generation.
You'll be managing a small team and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and external agencies in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to business objectives
* Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content)
* Oversee lead generation activity and drive measurable ROI
* Take ownership of brand and messaging consistency across all channels
* Manage marketing budget and performance reporting
* Collaborate with a large commercial team to ensure marketing drives real business impact
* Work with external partners, including a Google Ads agency
* Lead on events, partnerships, and employer branding initiatives
What They're Looking For
* ~5+ years in marketing, with management experience
* Experience across:
* digital campaigns, content, and lead generation
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Strong stakeholder management (sales, leadership, external partners)
* Experience with tools like:
* Salesforce, Canva, and marketing platforms
* Ideally experience in:
* tech, services, or education-led businesses
