We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our therapy team. The successful candidate will join our multi-disciplinary team, which may suit someone experienced in a special needs environment or newly qualified, who will be required to work closely with other Speech and Language Therapists and other professionals providing support to students; reporting to the Therapy Manager.

Main Duties And Expectations
* You will receive and respond promptly to referrals undertaking initial assessments to establish the scope, level and nature of the individual young person's therapeutic and mental health needs.
* You will lead and facilitate group and/or individual therapy sessions, short and long‑term, ensuring interventions continue to meet the needs of the YP and are consistent with the provisions detailed in their therapy plan.
* You will manage, monitor and review an assigned caseload, ensuring delivery within the agreed timescales.
* Ability to work independently and with previous experience of working with young people with ASD, preferably within an education setting, is essential.
Please note that the successful candidate must hold a professional qualification, be registered with the HCPC, and already possess the legal right to work in the UK.
