About the Role
A warm and growing day nursery in Chislehurst (BR7) is looking for a caring and reliable Level 3 Qualified Practitioner to join their friendly early years team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexibility and a calm, supportive nursery environment with low child numbers, no excessive pressure, and a genuine focus on quality childcare.
The nursery currently has around 10 children and is steadily growing, offering a relaxed and positive working atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children
* Support childrens development in line with the EYFS framework
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Build positive relationships with parents and colleagues
* Follow safeguarding and nursery policies at all times
* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
* Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
* Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
* Positive, reliable, and caring attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
