Responsibilities

:
1. Act as support services for daisy CS teams mainly acting as liaisons between daisy, supply partners and third parties
2. Checking orders to ensure processing / completion and no errors or issues, highlighting when needed.
3. Ensure all updates and queries are sufficiently responded to within SLA.
4. Assist in maintaining & building on the relationships between Daisy and suppliers as well as other third party partners.
5. Manage and timely dispatch BBDR requests / connections.
6. Accurately place stock orders for DEP devices where required and enrol with supplier, MDM enrolments (knox/zero touch) timely completed when required.
7. Accurately record mobile returns and RMA requests with suppliers directly and through third parties.
8. Book collections and report on repair progress of customer devices when requested with accurate & timely billing when required.
9. Review stock usage and backorders, placing stock orders with suppliers as required.
10. Be vigilant for possible fraudulent activity and if necessary, raise a security incident report using the template accessible via the corporate Intranet.
11. Periodically review Daisy Security Policies – centrally hosted on the Intranet - to ensure full compliance with current legal, regulatory and company requirements.
12. If you are a Manager of staff, you must ensure: Ø your team are aware of their security responsibilities & know how to access Daisy Group Security Policies hosted on the Intranet; Ø the principles listed with the Daisy Group Security Policy Statement document are embedded within the operations of your team.
13. Carry out any ‘ad hoc’ assignments as and when required.
14. To be compliant with health and safety company policy and legislation

Qualifications

15. Strong sense of urgency in meeting customer needs
16. Very strong personal communication skills – must have the ability to work well with all levels within the organisation as well as externally with suppliers
17. Must be a self-starter who assertively takes on challenging responsibilities and holds self ultimately accountable for results and performance
18. Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated
19. Have the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism
20. Computer literacy
21. Experience of working in a busy processing team
22. Mobile handset knowledge would be beneficial
23. Experience of building cross-functional relationships
