Walkers Deli is looking for a QA Manager to uphold the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance across our site. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape our technical agenda, develop a high‑performing QA team and play a key role in ensuring our products are loved and trusted by customers nationwide. Lead, coach and develop the QA team to drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure high‑quality audit performance. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HACCP and the site Quality Management System, ensuring full compliance with internal and customer standards. Manage traceability, non‑conformances, corrective actions and customer complaints, ensuring timely investigation and robust follow‑up. Ensure regular GMP, hygiene, fabrication, and internal audits are completed to schedule, with clear communication of findings and close‑out of actions. Work collaboratively across departments—including Operations, Engineering and Hygiene—to safeguard product safety, support site audit readiness and resolve technical issues. Demonstrable experience leading teams, with the ability to influence, motivate and drive positive change. Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work confidently across functions. Flexible and resilient approach, comfortable working in a fast‑paced 24/7 manufacturing environment.
