Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Operations and Finance Manager to oversee and optimize complex, multi-regional operations across Prostar's core business verticals, manage the budget, and ensure client satisfaction. This pivotal leadership position requires a strong background in business management and finance, business operations, and large-scale client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Operations and Finance Manager, you will play a central role in steering the company's operational strategy, providing strategic operational leadership, directing and coordinating multi-site operations while aligning delivery teams across cleaning, construction, and maintenance projects to achieve organizational objectives and contractual KPIs.

Manage budget and financial reporting for multi-site operations, drive cost control and efficiency while maintaining service quality, use business financial and operational data to identify inefficiencies, and embed a culture of continuous improvement for processes and decision-making throughout the business

Support client relationship management and contract compliance,

You will spearhead the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of standard operating procedures and quality systems aligned with international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, ensuring compliance with complex health, safety, and environmental regulations, driving enterprise-wide process standardization, embedding global best practices, and ensuring rigorous adherence to all regulatory and contractual obligations.

Additionally, you will serve as the senior escalation point for our high-value clients, cultivating strategic partnerships, negotiating renewals, and spearheading the development of innovative service offerings. You will ensure strict compliance with local, national, and international labor laws and environmental directives, maintaining audit readiness at all times.

Equally important is your role in people leadership: inspiring, coaching, and developing a diverse workforce to foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

This role is essential to fortify Prostar's ambitious growth trajectory and underpin our long-term global talent strategy.

Qualifications & Professional Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field

5years and above experience in operations, Finance, and Business Management

You will demonstrate knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and operational excellence models.

Strong budgeting, reporting, and organizational skills

Experience in ERP systems, CAFM software, and data-driven reporting tools is advantageous, alongside outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Professional certifications, such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or NEBOSH, will be highly advantageous. (not essential)

You must also exhibit exceptional cross-cultural communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively.
