Location: Middlesbrough,
Rate: £95.00 - £110.00 per hour (PAYE)
Contract Type: Locum (Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm with 30-minute unpaid break, 37.5 hours)
Start Date: Initial 3-month contract from as soon as possible

Role Overview
As a Locum Consultant in Forensic Psychiatrist, you will work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care to adults with complex mental health needs. Responsibilities include:
10. Forensic psychiatry inpatients/community/prison
11. Cover for 6 in patient low secure female LD beds and FOLS team. Prison sessions also available depending on experience.
12. Experience in general adult/learning disability/forensic psychiatry
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
13. MBBS or equivalent medical degree
14. Full GMC registration with licence to practise
15. Section 12 and Approved Clinician status (or eligibility)
16. Current DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
17. Experience in adult mental health settings
18. UK Right to Work
19. Flexible, collaborative, and patient-focused approach
Desirable:
20. CCT in General Adult Psychiatry (or within 6 months of achieving it)
21. Female LD/forensic experience
