Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,400 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.
What you'll be doing:
Ensure all credit card expenses are submitted in line with policy with correctly applied VAT
Compile monthly expenses reporting for Senior Leaders across the Group, and reporting on compliance with expenses policy
Set up weekly and ad hoc banking payments for approval
Compile and process customs declarations to ensure our government obligations are fulfilled
Compile accurate PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) declarations for review by Financial Accountants
Manage PO requisitions for Financial Shared services to ensure the team has the required resources to fulfil their role
Proactively monitor banking access and ensure users have the appropriate access to process payments
Support the Senior Management Team with diary administration and planning and response to ad hoc Finance administration queries from the wider team
What we're looking for:
AAT qualification or demonstration of Financial admin experience preferable but not essential
Strong communication skills
Strong organisation and planning skills
