Appointment Setter Location: Worsley, Manchester (Office-based to start, Hybrid after probation) Base salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (DOE) Uncapped commission: Earn 10% of the monthly value of every subscription you sign up. Realistic Earnings Average subscriptions are worth around £3,000 per month, meaning each one you sign adds £300 in monthly commission. If you consistently sign 2–3 subscriptions per month, your first-year earnings could reach: £70,000 OTE at 2 subscriptions a month £94,000 OTE at 3 subscriptions a month With subscriptions lasting 12 months, your commission builds each month — so your earnings snowball over time. Our team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven Appointment Setter who thrives in a high-energy, results-focused environment. The Role We are seeking a confident and resilient Appointment Setter with proven B2B experience to join our team. You’ll be hitting the phones, engaging busy stakeholders, and opening doors for our business development team. This is a role for someone who loves the buzz of generating leads, setting quality appointments, and contributing directly to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Making high volumes of outbound B2B calls to decision-makers and stakeholders. Setting a minimum of 2–3 qualified appointments per day for our business development managers. Generating and nurturing your own leads through research and proactive outreach. Planning and managing your own diary to maximise efficiency. Using our CRM system to maintain accurate records and track activity. Building rapport quickly and handling objections with confidence. Working to (and exceeding) daily and weekly activity targets. About You The successful candidate will bring: Previous B2B appointment setting or telesales experience (essential). Strong resilience and confidence in speaking to busy senior stakeholders. Competence in using CRM systems with meticulous attention to detail. A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to generate your own leads. Excellent organisational skills to manage your diary effectively. A positive, energetic attitude and a hunger to succeed. What’s in it for You?
