Robert Half are currently recruiting a Finance Manager role with a well-known organisation based in Malmesbury. This is a permanent full-time position based on site 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.
The role
The Finance Manager role has come about due to an internal promotion; we are looking for someone who has recently qualified and is seeking a step up with long term progression opportunities. This is a varied role with a strong focus on team management and business partnering. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Managing a team of 5.
* Partnering with the Managing Director and reporting to them on figures.
* Finance Business Partnering with internal stakeholders.
* Oversight of the monthly management accounts.
* Budgeting and forecasting.
* Supporting with the audit.
Requirements:
* ACCA/CIMA qualified ideally with 2 years PQE.
* Previous leadership/supervisory experience.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Forward thinking and solutions orientated.
* £55-65k (inclusive of car allowance), 20% bonus.
* Hybrid working: 4 days on site, 1 day from home.
* 25 days leave + bank holidays.
