Commercial Manager
We're supporting a well-established UK fresh produce business looking to bring in a Commercial Manager to strengthen their retail-facing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a hands-on, fast-paced commercial role where they'll work closely with major UK retailers and internal teams across sales, technical, and operations.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Managing and developing key retail accounts
2. Supporting with customer reporting, seasonal activity, and internal coordination
3. Acting as a key contact for customer comms and escalations
4. Leading competitor store visits and producing pricing/quality insights
5. Providing commercial cover when senior team members are away
What You'll Need
6. Background in commercial account management, ideally within food or FMCG
7. Strong communication and organisational skills
8. Confident dealing with retailer stakeholders
