OVERVIEW:
-Responsibilities involve overseeing claims from inception to settlement, handling litigated cases, and providing strategic legal guidance.
-You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective processes, ensuring efficient case management and successful outcomes.
-The firm is looking for qualified solicitors with at least 5 years PQE in housing disrepair
-Management experience is essential
-Proficient in case management software, with excellent IT skills
-Experience in in litigation and a strong billing record
