As Head of Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing a high-impact marketing and sales strategy. With a strong focus on digital marketing, international expansion and new revenue streams, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious growth targets.
You’ll lead a talented team, improving systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility, performance, and forecasting across the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and embed a commercially driven marketing and sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
* Drive inbound lead generation, strategic targeting, and ROI-focused marketing activities.
* Oversee digital marketing campaigns, website content, SEO/PPC, and Google Ads performance.
* Lead the creation of compelling marketing communications and sales support collateral.
* Manage budgets, affiliate networks, and external suppliers to ensure delivery and profitability.
* Champion the global brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Coach and develop a skilled, diverse marketing team
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in leading marketing and sales strategy within a B2B or tech-focused environment.
* Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, PPC, content creation, and campaign management.
* Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
* Excellent leadership and team development skills.
* Experience working across international markets
* Ability to modernise and streamline marketing operations and reporting.
This is a hybrid role with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week
