We’re looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented Data Analyst to help deliver accurate, timely insights across the business, with a focus on supporting our Sales and Customer Success teams. You’ll play a key role in making data more accessible and useful, whether that’s through writing reliable SQL queries, building clear dashboards in Quicksight, or promptly responding to data requests with practical, well-structured, and data-grounded answers.In this role, you’ll also be proactive in identifying recurring data requests and working to address them more efficiently.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a good business sense. You enjoy digging into data to answer real questions, helping teams understand what’s happening and why, and maintaining clarity in how we define and share metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain clear, reliable dashboards in Quicksight to support day-to-day decision-making across teams.
* Write clean, well-structured, performant SQL queries to power reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis.
* Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to understand their data needs and help them surfacing data driven insights more effectively.
* Respond to internal data requests, investigate unexpected changes or anomalies, and communicate findings in a clear, concise way.
* Keep internal documentation and dashboards well-organised and up to date, making it easier for others to find and understand the data they need.
* Help ensure consistency in key metrics and definitions across the business.
* Contribute to improving how we manage and share data knowledge internally, from documentation to dashboard standards.
Requirements:
* Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python
* Experience building and maintaining dashboards using tools like Amazon Quicksight, Tableau, or Looker.
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to solving data problems.
* Good communication skills (able to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences).
* Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple requests or priorities at once.
* Organised and proactive in documenting queries, dashboards, etc.
* Curious and analytical mindset, you like asking questions and digging into the “why” behind the data.
* Experience working with cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
* Familiarity with statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis etc.
