Job purpose
Reporting to the Head of Contracts Management, the Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all contractual obligations and standards are met concerning the provision of third-party logistics (3PL) services within the global organisation. The role will manage contract lifecycles and ensure all contracts consider the wider business requirement. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain network and design, ensuring the smooth operational flow of both goods and services.
Key responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters and inquiries, including dispute resolution, change management, and contract renewals
* Respond promptly and courteously to requests and/or concerns, striving to exceed the stakeholders expectations
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and adherence to internal policies and procedures, managing stakeholders to ensure deadlines or anniversaries are met
* Reconcile invoicing to ensure both purchase and sales of third-party services are in accordance with the contractual rates
* Monitor and evaluate contract performance, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels, key performance indicators, and contractual obligations
* Support cross-functional teams with the implementation of process improvements and cost saving initiatives, monitoring effectiveness
* Conduct regular contract reviews and audits to identify potential risks, issues, or non-compliance, and assist with the development of appropriate mitigation strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, technical and legal, to understand the operational needs for new contracts
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to 3PL contracts, and apply this knowledge to enhance contract management processes
* Undertake any further duties which may from time to time be assigned

Experience
* in Contracts or Project Management
* of FMCG, desirable
* to Third-Party Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, or International Trade, desirable
