Cover Supervisor – Secondary School (Tenterden) Location: Tenterden, Kent Pay: £110 – £120 per day An exciting opportunity has arisen for Cover Supervisors to work within supportive secondary schools in Tenterden. Key Responsibilities: Take responsibility for supervising classes across multiple subjects Ensure continuity of learning by following lesson plans provided Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive engagement Support school routines, expectations, and values Report any behavioural or safeguarding concerns appropriately Build positive relationships with pupils and staff Requirements: Experience supporting or supervising secondary-aged students Confident and assertive classroom management style Ability to adapt to different school environments Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
