Freshwater Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading Media organisation with the recruitment of a Change Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a central Change team and work on a large, enterprise-wide Transformation Programme.
Responsibilities
* Support the shaping and delivery of a comprehensive change plan across a large programme of work.
* Work closely with senior stakeholders and programme teams to ensure that people are engaged, supported, and ready for change.
* Lead key change activities including managing the change champion network, delivering engaging communications, and coordinating impactful training.
* Develop and deliver engaging communications, training, and support materials in line with brand and tone of voice.
* Lead the change champion network — preparing and running meetings, and supporting their involvement in programme activities.
* Set up and facilitate in-person and virtual engagement sessions.
* Measure change readiness and adoption, implementing activities to address barriers and resistance.
* Track progress against the change plan, managing risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
What we’re looking for
* Solid experience in change management (including communications and/or training).
* Proven experience of delivering change activity within complex transformation programmes.
* Creativity in making technical content engaging and accessible.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Proven ability to engage teams across all levels.
* Media industry experience is desirable but not essential.
Contract and availability
This is an initial 12-month fixed term contract and will suit candidates that are available on short notice.
